I work at the intersect of well-being and leadership to deepen understanding of what it means to be a human centric leader. I am passionate about sharing how the field of relational neuroscience can help shape an inclusive and thriving workplace. I believe our sense of belonging in organizations is experienced in our brains and nervous systems; a ‘felt sense’ of knowing we are safe. I have extensive experience of working with leaders to help them recognize that building psychological safety requires interventions from within, inter-personally and systemically. I hold an MA in Gestalt Psychotherapy from London Metropolitan University, having completed my 5 year psychotherapy training at the Gestalt Centre in London and maintain a trauma informed/conscious approach to my work.I have also completed extensive training in group facilitation and Organizational Development.
