I have shown this over the last decade, playing an instrumental role in the growth of Australian Strategic Policy Institute from a small organisation to an internationally renowned think tank. I have developed robust, yet scalable, structures, polices and frameworks that ensure compliance while enabling mission delivery. Breaking the glass ceiling early on as one of the first female soldiers in my squadron, I am confident and unshakeable in the face of change and challenge. This background has taught me everything about leadership, and as a result, I seek to create followship in an organisation not management dictate.
