I was leading the financial management of my previous employer for almost 32 years. After a career break, I am looking for a new employer to assist with their financial needs and to work with or build another high functioning finance team. I am a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Business - Accounting and a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology.My core competencies include preparing and analysing financial statements, managing cash flow and working capital, overseeing business planning and budgeting, ensuring compliance with income tax and internal controls, and being a trusted advisor and member of the senior leadership team advising on financial performance and risks. I am passionate about delivering high-quality financial services and solutions to our clients, partners, and stakeholders, and supporting the growth and development of our team and organization. I continually seek to improve processes and implement new systems where this will value add. I am an empathetic and conscientious leader who likes to bring out the best in those she works with.
