Moved back to the UK in Dec 2020, after living and working in Brittany, France for the previous 13 years, managing holiday cottages & properties for absent owners, as well running my own successful B&B. After lockdowns, gained more experience in cleaning to a high standard; working “front of house”; cooking for customers in a busy tea room and managing tea room staff, which resulted in purchasing a tearoom in 2022, being the sole cook and employing 4 members of staff. I sold this business in April 2024 as a successful going concern. Previous work experiences include running book groups in prisons and day centres, waitressing and cleaning for private clients. Reliable & hard-working, attention to detail; enjoy all aspects of house management including cooking, cleaning & laundry, problem solving and giving guests/customers the best experience possible. Excellent communication skills with people of all ages and backgrounds; current DBS check; fit & healthy and still wanting to work!
