I absolutely love this role as a quick freezing consultor. Engaging with food industry leaders and delving into the intricacies of processing workflows is my jam. I take pride in helping businesses boost profits with my freezing solutions while extending the shelf life and enhancing the quality of their food products. At the same time, I assist food lovers far from home in savoring the taste of their distant homeland's cuisine, transported across oceans.Later, due to the limitations of liquid nitrogen freezing technology, I shifted gears to the ice-making machine sector.
