The Work Environment Integration (WEI) Team promotes and supports workplace effectiveness across the South San Francisco Campus. • Oversee the development of furniture guidelines with over 100 products, including research of leading-edge products for campus standards implementation into effective workspaces• Perform analysis and develop hypothesis for prototype testing of 60+ furniture products and space solutions on a 14K employee campus• Co-design $1M prototype lab space with 3500 sqft dedicated to the future of work • Partner with dealers on Work from Home Program to develop furniture product solutions for a distributed workforce of 8K employees• Onboard and train contingent space planner staff in furniture guidelines; liaise with furniture dealers
