At the age of 40, I made the courageous decision to change the course of my life and pursue my passion for family law, leaving behind a 25-year career in the clothing industry. As I navigated this transformative journey, I earned my Bachelor of Laws with 16 distinctions, completed a Master of Laws, and achieved a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (cum laude). Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, I founded my own law firm in 2018, where I combined my legal expertise with a strong commitment to alternate dispute resolution. My approach is rooted in a deep awareness of the emotional toll litigation can take, particularly when ongoing relationships are at stake. As a CEDR UK accredited commercial mediator, certified family mediator, and accredited parenting coordinator, I strive to offer holistic solutions that prioritise the long-term well-being of all parties involved.My dedication to my clients and community has been recognised with several accolades, including the Woza Women in Law award for “Best Family Lawyer” and titles in “Covid-19 GBV Champion” and “Covid-19 Legal Philanthropist.” Beyond my practice, I am actively involved in empowering women and single parents through workshops, support groups, and advocacy against GBV.However, my journey to living an authentic life of purpose didn't stop there.
