Twenty-three plus years dedicated to the National Airspace System (NAS) in improving project/team processes, maximizing productivity and efficiency, and quickly responding to the changing needs of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Over my career I've enjoyed learning new skills and teaching those skills to the next generation. Within the past 4 years, I've been actively recruiting new team members and participating in career fairs in addition to my managerial and technical assignments. I am an AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR).I'm an avid runner and am highly involved in my children's swim teams (USA, Club, and High School).
