I’m currently pursuing a B.A. in Business Administration while balancing the management of my own aquatic instruction business, where I specialize in teaching tailored swim techniques to both adults and children. Over the past 3 years, I’ve grown my business 194%. This venture has not only allowed me to develop my leadership, client engagement, and time management skills, but also sharpened my strategic problem-solving abilities and communication skills. Each lesson and interaction is crafted to meet individual goals, helping my clients gain confidence and improve their abilities in the water.In addition to my business experience, I have a strong foundation in customer service and operations management from my previous roles. At In-N-Out Burger, I served over 500 customers daily in a fast-paced environment, honing my multitasking, efficiency, and teamwork skills. I also worked as a security guard at Ambys, a biopharmaceutical research company, where I ensured the safety of over 50 staff members, drafted detailed security reports, and played a key role in maintaining a secure workplace.I have a natural passion for client engagement and problem-solving, which motivates me to explore career paths in sales, management, or marketing—fields where I can leverage my skills in leadership, communication, and adaptability. My experiences with project-based work, leadership as a Boy Scout, and my hands-on entrepreneurial journey have given me a unique blend of technical and interpersonal skills that I’m eager to continue developing.
