I have spent the last 15+ years of my career supporting a Global Sales Team for one of the worlds top Cyber-Security organizations. My expertise is in Customer Advocacy, Program Management, Sales Enablement, Sales Support and Proposal Management.In my most recent position as a Senior Customer Advocacy and Marketing Manager, I am responsible for managing the company's customer advocacy program by providing sales with current references and keeping clients engaged in our business. Manages all case study collateral, written and video testimonials. Prior to that position, I was a Senior Program Manager for the Executive Briefing Center (EBC) division for McAfee Enterprise, my main function was to connect our Enterprise Customers with McAfee's CxO's, VP's, Security Architects, and Sales Engineers to discuss complex security topics, and cultivate plans to protect their organization/environment against the latest cyber threats.I handled end-to-end management of each project within the program - I crafted executive briefing agendas, conceptualized marketing materials, and coordinated with my internal Subject Matter Experts (SME's) across the organization.I am best at planning, coordinating, and managing complex projects as it relates to a marketing or sales function. Whether building sales enablement tools, planning customer engagement events, enhancing reporting systems, or drafting compelling proposals I strive to innovate, and maximize sales opportunities.
