I am Karen Corbo and I am a Director at Wigs Online.We started with Wigs Online ten years ago when the business was only 6 years old.Previously to this I have been involved in many other businesses where I managed book keeping and customer services. Over the years I have had a few years out to raise a family.Also, I worked for 4 years at St Cecilia's Primary School as a Integration Aide and also managed IT systems. I have a real passion with working with kids and helping kids find their strengths.There is nothing like watching children slowly achieve goals that may not have always been possible due to their learning difficulties.At Wigs Online my role includes retail customer service as well as wholesale clients.There are many different groups we deal with. There are the clients who need wigs for hair loss for many reasons including cancer and alopecia who need help to manage different stages of hair loss. I find great satisfaction in helping my clients through a stage of life that can be very stressful. I like to think that I can make a small difference to help someone bad situation.We also deal with theatre groups and dance groups which are a lot of fun. To see very talented people start with one of our wigs and then to see the end product on stage like the shows Hairspray, Grease, Strictly Ballroom is just amazing. Ove the years our business has changed dramatically rom a small online business to a larger business now with a showroom.
