I am responsible for the day-to-day operation of an Allstate Insurance agency as well as establishing and maintaining customer relationships. Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service which includes but is not limited to responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers and billing clarification. Prepare and present insurance product proposals to current and potential customers. I pride myself in maintaining a strong work ethic with total commitment to serving customers each and every day.
