I am an Insurance Litigation Partner at Clyde and Co, specialising in defended reparation cases. I have considerable experience in defending employers liability accident/personal injury claims and deals with claims involving public liability, occupiers liability and road traffic disputes.My practice includes advising and representing self-insured companies and businesses as well as a wide range of insurers, brokers and claims handlers. In addition to advising clients across a wide range of the industry sectors, I have a special interest in animal/ pet, veterinary and equestrian litigation and have previously held the position of Director for Governance with Horsescotland, responsible for lobbying the Scottish Government for legislative changes in the equestrian welfare environment.
