Provide governance & manage frameworks and polices across the Enterprise that support businesses to embed and comply with regulatory requirements and understand their level of compliance and risk. Key responsibilities • Lead the development and management of Enterprise Risk and Compliance frameworks and policies • Oversee and manage to tight regulatory deadlines, AMP Accountability Regime (BEAR). This includes providing guidance to Accountable People, CEO, Executive Committees, Company Secretary, and the Members of the Board to amend existing statements, create new and cease responsibilities of exiting Accountable People.• Lead the Assurance Review function and conduct enterprise-wide thematic reviews providing insight and assurance to management and the Board through regular and focused reporting of compliance to regulation, frameworks, and policies. • Review and draft guidelines to support Framework and Policy, considering specific and differing business activities and requirements. Provide a pragmatic approach and advice to support implementation and ongoing compliance.• Involvement in planning and implementation of specific changes to legislation that includes FAR (Financial Accountability Regime), CPS511 (Remuneration) and CPS230 (Operational Risk Management). • Prepare Board papers that support cyclical framework and policy enhancements and changes to accountability statements as well as other memorandums to the executive committee outlining risk system changes or risk and compliance assessment outcomes and recommendations. • Review and challenge the business response to CPS220 and advise on the associated Risk Management Declaration outcomes.• Conduct regular meetings with business heads outlining pipeline activity in Enterprise Risk Management and changes to legislation (such as FAR, CPS511 and CPS230), and collaboratively assess scope, priorities with a view of regulatory and implementation timeframes.• Management of up to 4 staff members

Reporting to the Executive Manager and responsible for co-ordination and delivery of Risk Assurance reviews within Specialist Businesses that primarily include Superannuation, Platforms and Operations as portfolio lead. Management of up to 12 staff members as required for specific reviews.Key responsibilities• Conducting Risk Assurance reviews within Specialist Businesses that include Superannuation, Platforms and Operations as portfolio lead and providing assurance for all Business Bank Wealth specific) Project delivered risk and change/ transformation management. (Previous lead for Private Wealth and Advice Business)• Drafting and provision of detailed final reporting to management that assess levels of adherence to compliance, control effectiveness and risk. Submission of associated Risk Assurance Board Papers and RISKO Papers.• Co-ordination and planning for FY22 reviews as an integrated assurance plan with Group Internal Audit and External Audit. (Completed Superannuation Prudential Standards Reviews FY21/ FY22)• Responsible for acquiring resourcing to meet individual review requirements that include technical, internal, and external statement of work applications.Selected Achievements Support the Advice business and key accountable people in preparation for the Financial Services Royal Commission.

Provide second line of defence risk and compliance oversight and advice that includes embedding of tools for risk identification, measurement, monitoring, and reporting across the business.
