My responsibilities during this role included -• Responsible for raising multi currency fee invoices • Responsible for credit control • Payroll processing using Sage Payroll • Expense processing • Consultant commission calculation, accounting and reporting• Tax returns (PAYE, VAT and corporation tax)• Assisting the managing partner in his personal tax affairs• Prepare monthly management reports on a global consolidation basis• Prepare monthly cash flow and annualised profit and loss account projections on a global consolidated basis• Bank reconciliations (multi currency)• All aspects of purchase and sales ledger using Sage• Reconciliation of monthly credit card statements • Responsible for preparation of accounts to trial balance for the New York office• Responsible for the preparation of accounts to trial balance for the Dubai office

Part time book keeper reporting to the financial controller.• Responsible for preparation of accounts to Trial Balance Sage• Reconciliation of multi-currency bank accounts and company credit cards on a weekly basis• Preparation of company cash flow forecast on a weekly basis• Preparation of VAT• All aspects of purchase and sales ledger using Sage• Preparation of twice monthly BACS payments to suppliers• Preparation of accounts to trial balance for five small related companies • Monitoring and posting multi currency transactions for equity funds • Recording of foreign tax transactions to be forwarded for recovery
