Nurse manager for 17 chair ambulatory infusion suite. Responsible for day to day operations, and management of 7 RN's and 1 Nursing Care Technicion. Also involved with direct care and administration of chemotherapy and other biologic agents. OCN, CBCN certified. Also certified in Chemotherapy /Biotherapy administration.

Responsible for direct care, administration of chemotherapy and other biologic agents for adult population in an ambulatory infusion suite.

Administered Chemotherapeutic agents to an adult population in a both a home care setting as well as at multiple Oncology offices. Responsible for handling all aspects of high tech home care to both and adult and pediatric population including all insertion and care of PICC lines, antiviral therapy, antibiotic therapy, chemotherapy, blood transfusions and blood drawing. Established guidelines for safe administration of Chemotherapy in the home care setting.

First Chemotherapy Nurse hired to administer all Chemotherapeutic agents to an adult population in both the inpatient and Clinic setting. Developed the newly established role, including establishment of guidelines for the safe administration of Chemotherapeutic agents. Acted as a resource to staff nurses caring for Oncology patients, trained two additional nurses as well as 4 physician assistants during this time period.

Staff nurse 32 bed med/surg unit serving an adult population. Responsible for direct patient care and administration of all medications. Charge Nurse in the absence of the Nurse Manager and Assistant Head Nurse.
