Business System Analyst for STYLEman software implementation for Nike's Global Promo Services department. In my role assisting the Operations Manager of Apparel Marketing Services, I became involved with all aspects of sourcing, procuring and ultimately implementing a packaged ERP system to support the cut/make/trim apparel creation process for Nike's teams, athletes and events. As a BSA, I was engaged from the time of reviewing potential vendor systems, assisting with the RFI and contract, and then gathering business requirements, performing a GAP analysis of the chosen software, working with IT to implement and integrate the system into Nike's environment, testing and coordinating UAT, troubleshooting and defect management, and creating training manuals and conducting classroom and in person training as we cutover the system. And from there, my career in IT was off to the races.
