Many years in operational accounting within the construction industry, financial reporting and flux analysis within the financial industry. I have worked with a small team to convert two older ERP systems with two very different General Ledger structures and very individual processes into a successfully implemented, fully integrated Infor SX.e 10.2 distribution system. Along with my teammates, we combined two different business philosophies, streamlined some of the major functionality of the company's processes, and assisted with the change management for my finance teammates, including interim planning, process documentation, and forward planning of daily processes and procedures.
