Responsible for overseeing the recruitment and selection of employees across 23 nursing homes, ensuring that policies and procedures are adhered to, whilst generating new income for the Group and ensuring that homes work with communities to give residents the best life they can have whilst residing with us. Strong marketing, and interpersonal skills ensures that I maintain good relationships with staff, visitors, residents and the wider community.

Working alongside the Operations Director in Northern Ireland, all personal assistance duties carried out, including report management, delegation, organising meetings and travel. Maintaining good relationships with all employees, whilst recruiting for Priory Group Homes in Northern Ireland. I travelled around the homes ensuring that Administrators worked to the best of their ability and offering assistance when needed.

Responsible for overseeing the recruitment department advertising on behalf of large clients, for example Queens University, NHS Trusts within Northern Ireland, University of Ulster and NICS to name a few. Led a team of 6 ensuring that all recruitment campaigns where on time, to budget and used the correct media platform, devising reports on results and target audiences. Liaised with Media and Client to ensure the best cost, Strong negotiation skills were learned in this position, as well as record keeping and management skills.

Worked as part of the media team, learning my new profession in marketing and advertising, as time went on I moved into the recruitment department to look after clients, ensuring that the "end" product of their recruitment campaign had no flaws. Worked with a range of media, clients and personalities, in this role I was taught time management and managing personalities, a strong skill I still excel at. In this role I was given the opportunity of becoming an ISO Auditor, I spent time in other departments, auditing their work and ensuring that it reached our goals and kept within policies and procedures. This give me a strong skills of challenging people when I thought things were incorrect or not done properly, this skill stays with me today.
