I have been working in the Real Estate Industry for 25+ years. I began my Real Estate career as a Transaction and Client Care Coordinator. I obtained my Real Estate Licence which is currently in Escrow. I nourished relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business. I facilitated and managed all real estate transactions within the pipeline. During that time, I also worked for a Real Estate Appraisal Company preparing appraisal reports, communicating with mortgage lenders as well handling accounts receivables. I took a shift in my career and began working for a settlement services company as a Post Closer, The role changed and processing was added to my responsibilities. I became a PA Notary and then advanced my career, becoming a Settlement Officer, I am very responsible and I have excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills. I take pride in my work ethic and strive to do my very best every day. I work well with others and am always willing to lend a helping hand when I can. While conducting closings I enjoy meeting new people and helping them finalize which is most likely one of the biggest purchases made. I find a lot of satisfaction in that. I am very professional at the settlement table and in the workplace. I work hard at building and maintaining relationships.
