This role dealt with an expanding membership of energy assessors and led in creating and maintaining excellent customer relationships. I was promoted in May 2012 to the Operations Manager, managing a team of 6 administrators to include the audit aspects of the scheme.

My career began at BRE as a part time administrator. My enthusiasm to learn and progress meant I was soon promoted to the Operations Managers Assistant, and then the Finance Operations manager where I managed a team of 10, working in the Sales ledger, Purchase ledger, and the Cash control teams. Attention to detail, pace, and ensuring the highest quality and ethical standards was paramount.
