In my current role at Sam's Club, I am responsible for Fresh Waste and Shrink, identifying process opportunities and leading projects to address risk and profit leakage. Before this role in the business, I spent over 20 years in auditing and controllership. I have a strong background in internal controls, financial reporting and SOX 404 compliance.I am passionate about project management, continuous improvement, and talent development. I have successfully implemented several initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
