I have held numerous roles focusing on building strong consulting relations with clients, gathering requirements, researching solutions, budgeting, and managing resources. I have Project Managed significant PeopleSoft technical / application upgrades for the public sector. These projects required strong staff management, communication, and consultation skills. I am involved in presentations to clients and continually looking for ways to improve their Applications including PeopleSoft, OCSM application and Oracle E-business. A portion of this role focuses on Account Management for a number of important technical applications both in the public and private sector. This entails managing multiple teams of resources, ensuring the clients priorities are addressed while meeting the financial targets of the account. There is a significant focus on substantial budgeting, negotiating, resource estimating, and consultation with the client within the client services environment and a strong emphasis on multitasking daily. This position requires strong researching, word processing skills, spreadsheet and database software skills. I am also responsible to consult with organizations regarding their HRMS systems related to Oracle and PeopleSoft Applications. This includes reviewing and recommending PeopleSoft set up, information management system layouts as well as reporting requirements. I also troubleshoot Human Resource areas in the software that are not functioning properly for clients and work with developers to complete a problem analysis using client requirements and internal judgments to confirm the information system meet regulatory requirements and satisfies clients needs. I was responsible to formulate policies including collaboration with Management on an internal employee policy manual requirements, creating the manual, and maintaining ongoing additions. I served as the Occupational Health and Safety Officer for the Credit Union Central of PEI (CUCPEI) for five years. During that time I created a Health and Safety manual in conjunction with Workers Compensation PEI to be provided and implemented in Credit Unions across PEI.I also developed adult training skills within the Credit Union Organization. As a demonstration of my training and presentation skills I facilitated the instruction of the Nationally Accredited Credit Union Director Achievement Program as well as developed and instructed Credit Union staff training programs including (New Employee Orientation, Career Pathing Development, Understanding Financial Statements, Customer Service Skills, Privacy and Risk Management, as well as many others). I was responsible for multiple Human Resource initiatives including developing Credit Union specific career pathing plans, online web based training, development of instructional sessions for outside facilitators.
