COO-type role with responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of the global Compliance function including strategic planning, capacity planning, cost centre management, org structure and management reporting. Owner of the Compliance Training Programme for the Private Banking business and the Compliance function Learning & Development Curriculum.

Support the Global Head, Legal & Compliance Private Banking Clients, through the planning, management and reporting of strategic Compliance initiatives.Deliver the Conduct & Controls Agenda.Manage ongoing processes to monitor and share Audit and Regulatory Inspection findings across the global Private Banking footprint.

Develop the change management approach for the programme and manage all related change management activities.Responsibility for identifying and managing change impacts and successfully integrating change into the business.Engage with key business stakeholders to ensure wider understanding of the programme objectives, deliverables, timelines, benefits and potential business impacts.Manage completion of all training and communication activities for the programme.

Manage development of Retail Strategy from initiation to completion, including scope, approach, resourcing and timeline, Business Case.Manage implementation of all projects and work streams to deliver the strategy once approved.Manage and provide direction to project managers.Ownership of wider change management activities within Sales and Distribution business unit.

Manage delivery of projects from initial planning to post-implementation.Ownership of solution planning, risk management, project documentation, schedule planning, status reporting, stakeholder engagement, costs forecast and costs management.Develop key project deliverables including Business Case, WBS, Scope, Project Management Plan, Project Schedule, Project Budget, and obtain approvals.Manage day-to-day work of core project team members and business representatives on projects.
