Involved in commercial mortgage brokerage and banking process from loan origination through closing for multi‐million dollar commercial loan packages for income producing properties.As Mortgage Analyst and Closing Coordinator, conducted lease reviews and produced commercial loan submission packages through demographic and market research, analysis and reconciliation of financials, projection of property performance and estimation of value, production of loan request valuation, and coordination of loan documents for closing.As Office Manager, performed self‐directed administrative management and assistance in the firm’s successful start‐up and growth, establishing standard procedures and documents, implementing and maintaining all technological systems, developing and administering the firm’s benefits package, assistance in joint venture relationships, and training of new staff and interns. Responsible for all marketing materials, incorporated field surveys, graphic design, and production of financial reports to acquire the firm’s reputation with lending relationships for producing, “the finest loan packages they have seen,” ensuring funding consideration.
