I also created CPM’s Sales Academy training division, determined that to achieve the best for our clients, our people needed to be trained with not only the best skills but the right mindset to drive sales.My fiercely competitive spirit springs from a lifelong love of sport, which in business translates to a determination to reach win-win solutions for clients.
