ZEN continued to grow from 45 employees to 90 employees. Within this time, we recruited a Human Resources Manager so I could relinquish the HR function and concentrate on implementing the ZEN QMS, achieving compliance in ISO 9001 & 14001 (Quality, OH&S and Environment).
