In-charge of conceptualizing, developing, pitching, and running the day-to-day operations of various TV programs -- from current affairs to travel to scripted drama formats. Overall in-charge of all aspects of production -- from the creative (i.e. story pitches, scripts, editing), financial (i.e. budget creation and management, realignments and reallocations), managerial (i.e. hiring, staff discipline, training, adherence to company policies) and technical (i.e. equipment requirements).

Launched the first program on Philippine TV dedicated to women and children's rights ("Women's Desk"). The program shed light on domestic violence, the physical, verbal and sexual abuse of women and minors, and helped document rescue operations of victims. I was also among the pioneering batch of Executive Producers behind QTV Channel 11.

I produced and managed branded weekly TV program "Lakas Magsasaka" for Syngenta Philippines which aired on GMA 7. The show promoted Syngenta products and modern farming techniques.Took on various projects like a documentary for USAID, and video profiles of Metrobank awardees through Probe Productions, Inc.

As a segment producer, I researched my own stories, shot them with my camera crew and presenter, then also wrote and edited the video packages.
