She is dedicated to the management of our accounting teams as well as the human resource staff. By providing leadership, mentoring and education to the employees, Karen contributes to their continuous improvement. From an accounting perspective, she is responsible for internal and external financial reporting, cash flow management, audits, compliance, insurance, vendor management, budgeting, internal controls, banking relationships, expense management and tax preparation. From a human resources perspective, she manages the functions of payroll, benefits/open enrollments, employee recruiting and retention, employment law, performance reviews, as well as corporate culture and events.
