Technician product Engineering

Assembly support for multiple engineering teams consistently meeting the needs of their development programs and compressed time tables. Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions to build, die attach, and tune both GaAS and SOI Amplifiers, Switches, PA & Front End Modules, and Hybrid Prototype assemblies. Proficient in re-working assemblies down to die level under microscope.Other duties included PCB assembly and solder of surface mount components such as 0201 and 01005 devices. Responsible for inventory management of Strategic builds, wafers, & evaluation boards for the group. Communicates effectively with engineers & assemblers to ensure accuracy and strong attention to detail to ensure first pass success.
