Completed over 100 Candlewood Suites and 18 Hearthstone Assisted Living projects in four years. Completed space planning for projects. Selected and specified building finishes. Reviewed and modified electrical plans. Conducted product research and development for long-term clients. Completed color and material selection for furniture, floorcovering, wallcovering, and window treatments. Assembled color boards and color board notebooks for presentations. Created installation documents, which included floorcovering, wallcovering, window treatment, signage, artwork, and furniture keys on DataCAD r. 8 and AutoCAD 2000. Communicated with client, general contractor, and architect. Selected décor and accessories for public areas and model rooms. Chose and scheduled interior signage and fire evacuation plans. Installed furniture, décor, and artwork on site.
