I oversee the operations of TFH USA Special Needs Toys-Multi Sensory Environments. We provide a wide variety of specially selected educational and therapeutic products designed to encourage exploration, independence and increased quality of life for those with special needs from Autism to Alzheimer's. We also have our own line of Sensory Room Equipment and offer free consultation and design service. We have been helping those with special needs and those who love, work and care for them live their best lives.

Provided consultation services to schools, nursing homes, developmental centers, colleges, hospitals and medical offices to help them design, install and implement Multi Sensory Environments to assist children and adults with special needs. Responsible for prospecting, sales presentations, customer follow up and closing sales. Designed hundreds of Multi Sensory Rooms throughout the United States and coordinated the purchase, installation and training of these rooms in a variety of facilities.

Owner of medical transcription services company in the Syracuse, New York area. Responsible for marketing, customer service, accounts receivable and payable, and supervising sub contractors to insure that work was done correctly and in a timely manner.

Assisted Carnegie Bosch Institute Program Manager to implement details of Executive Education Programs. Created marketing materials, coordinated participants training material and accommodations. Coordinated special events for program participants.

Responsible for assisting the Assistant Dean and Building Manager of the Graduate School of Industrial Administration (Tepper Graduate School). Duties included screening phone calls, solving personnel and building maintenance related issues, distribution of building keys, processing work orders for building maintenance, scheduling appointments for the Assistant Dean, overseeing work study students, and general office duties.
