I am bubbly, energetic, motivated, sincere, loving, and hard-working. My objective is to die making the world, for at least one person, a little brighter and happier.I use a Rogerian and solution-focused approach, while also utilizing cognitive-behavioral techniques. I am EMDR trained and in the middle of my certification process. I am also a Gottman Level I therapist. I am here to help you "see" more clearly, yet I am gentle. We ALL have value and worth!I have experience in both school counseling and the private mental health sector.
