My achievements include a significant success record in governance oversight and program/project management methodologies, demonstrating excellence in process organisation, risk management, quality assurance and process improvement, establishing high-performance standards and strengthening and supporting internal processes and team capabilities. This includes over twenty years’ experience in the Tasmanian electricity supply industry. A highly experienced professional who has a breadth of success in leading operations, transformational organisational change management, strategy development and strategy implementation within electricity retail, generation, networks (transmission and distribution) and environment.
