In this role I work with my manager and hiring managers to execute on all aspects of craft and office hiring needs.-Perform full cycle recruiting for salaried, and non-exempt, field craft construction roles.-Post open positions on company website, job boards and college career sites.-Assist interview scheduling and coordinating.-Implement sourcing strategies for both passive and non-passive talent to build a pipeline of candidates.-Conduct high volume of candidate screening calls and interviews for open positions as assigned.-Daily screen resumes for appropriate skills, credentials, experience and knowledge and conduct in-person and phone screen interviews to determine technical and cultural fit.-Maintain and track recruitment metrics through the applicant tracking system and Excel.-Occasional travel to hiring events, company jobsites, and career fairs as needed.-Ensure compliance with all legal/governmental/regulatory requirements is met.SLC | PHX | BOI | DEN | HNLOkland Construction Company, Inc. operates as a regional general contracting and construction management company with nearly 1,000 employees and growing. -Oversee the hiring and onboarding of new employees for our west coast region. Ten satellite offices located in AZ, CA, NV, UT, and CO.-Extensive communication with new hires and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process. -Post job positions on the company's careers page and on external sites. -Source resumes daily and conduct phone screens to find the best candidates. -Manage the pipeline of new hires via Excel, update hiring managers via NetSuite, and generate weekly new hire reports. -Schedule virtual and in person interviews via Google Calendar.-Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
