CurrentI am a member of the firm's education law, litigation, and labor and employment practice groups. I specialize in assisting school corporations and other public and private entities with educational and labor-related issues. I have extensive litigation experience representing schools and private entities, including employment discrimination matters, First Amendment issues, civil rights violations, and tort claims, among others. I also have represented clients before the National Labor Relations Board and the Indiana Educational Employment Relations Board. I have experience representing employers and schools in arbitrations, mediations, administrative law hearings, and appeals, including special education hearings and appeals. I am admitted to practice before the Indiana state courts, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
