I opened the Tagua Nut Gift Shop in June 2013. After visiting Ecuador many times over the last few years, it wasn't hard to notice the talented Artisans of Ecuador, as well as my love for the country. Most of our products come from Ecuador. I wanted to share their beautiful products with Schoharie County & many other neighboring towns. Our shop now carries handmade products from many different countries; many of which are Fair Trade products. We have Alpaca Blankets, Scarves, Hats, Gloves & Socks! We also have handmade jewelry created from a Tagua Nut that grows in the Amazon on a Palm Tree. We expanded the Gift Shop into a Coffee/Lunch Café in December 2015. We serve Breakfast & Lunch; including soups. Coffee Drinks, Smoothies, etc.
