Hired to add value in a human resource capacity, as the company’s first human resource professional. Responsible for all human resource compliance and functions including employee relations, recruiting, employee benefits, performance management, worker’s compensation, payroll administration, training and workforce development, and legal compliance.

Provide support for 76 locations, in 22 states, to include; recruitment and employee relations. Assist in the development, implementation and administration of human resources policies and procedures. Provide training for leaders to include; sexual harassment prevention, workplace harassment prevention, legal hiring, violence in the workplace, reasonable suspicion and progressive discipline. Provide council to leaders for employee issues and succession planning. Work with all state Unemployment agencies and Equal Rights Divisions when claims and complaints arise.

Recruited to perform all HR related duties on professional level to include the implementation, coordination, administration and development of all human resource activities such as; recruitment, new hire orientation, compensation, employee relations, training and development, safety awareness, equal employment opportunity, unemployment compensation and benefit plan administration at the Green Bay facility.
