I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in August 1998 with my degree in Civil Engineering. Following graduation I worked for a municipality for several years, and two different private engineering companies. Following my engineering experience, I received a temporary teaching license during COVID, and became a substitute teacher for a few years. Most recently my entrepreneurial interests led me to purchase a menu company, in which I am the Owner and President. The creative side of me has had fun learning about the design and production of menus and all things hospitality, and the business and numbers side has led me to learn about finance and how to manage the books. (You can take the girl out of Engineering but you can't take the Engineer out of the girl!)
