I hold twenty-five years of experience in the environmental arena managing the environmental resources on construction projects including transmission lines, oil and gas pipelines, and the international border fence from Texas to California.Clients include utilities, oil and gas, Department of Defense, regulatory agencies, municipalities, construction/developers, Homeland Security and Customs and Border Protection, and various entities in commercial markets. I hold experience managing small to very large scale environmental projects and have managed projects with up to 60 field staff and subcontractors. I bring strong technical and project management experience to every project. Technical areas of specialty include construction monitoring/managing permit compliance programs at construction sites, conducting raptor and wildlife surveys, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and various state environmental policy act preparation and interpretation, leading public outreach/community meetings, navigating regulatory and permitting requirements for clients, wetland delineations and local conservation commission support, Section 401/404 of the Clean Water Act permitting, and Phase I and II site assessment and characterization.
