Develop and lead a value-based program to accelerate the growth and development of entrepreneurial and management skills of diverse talent through customized education, coaching, and reinforcement that builds ready bench for the Retail Bank as well as transferrable management capabilities for the organization. Strategic program built on the foundation of customer-centricity and promotes intellectual wellness by expanding critical thinking, challenging the status quo and becoming a life-long learner.

Serve as strategic partner to Senior Leadership as counsel in support of all things people-related to meet business objectives. Manage a team of HR Business Partners across entire footprint for Retail and Business Banking. Consistently monitoring the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement. analyze people and team data and industry trends to create and implement strategies aligned with business goals. Understand talent to ensure placement of right people in the right places with the right skills in tandem with our talent and compensation and succession philosophy. Serve as cultural and change ambassador to promote a positive environment that is inclusive, high performing, and creative in a ever-evolving and high growth environment. Collaborate with all HR Centers of Excellence including Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits and HR Analytics.

Responsible for all aspects of assessing, budgeting, planning and implementing professional (personal, team, organizational, management and leadership) development learning for entire organization operating in 8 states plus the District of Columbia. Created and implemented a Management and Leadership program that offered progressive education in growing or enhancing skills in leading self, leading teams, and leading the organization. Managed team of learning professionals in the design and delivery of education offered to employee that increase professional, management and leadership skill capabilities. Developed and led Sales Development Program designed to generate sales leaders in our Retail organization.
