Residential Roofing

• Make initial contact and maintain communication with all project stakeholders for duration of the project • Review and finalize the material list, vendors and job specific details for the job with the purchasing department • Release all materials for the job through vendors and shared services department • Prepare and submit roofing permit packages to building departments • Prepare and send AIA documents to all project stakeholders• Validate all billing, and invoices • Coordinate all subcontractors and prepare subcontractor agreements • Monitor job cost against project budget • Coordinate and attend meetings as required

• Enter project information data such as project status updates, schedules, budgets and project documentation into project management software (Job cost accounting and web-based tools) • Track permit costs to budget and notify Project Manager of any overages • Register and maintain warranty documents and complete related tasks through each project’s closeouts • Schedule building inspections for constructions managers• Prepare close-out documents for all projects including: release of leans from vendors, closed building permits and warranty certificates• Approve daily time in timekeeping system and review payroll reconciliation reports for accuracy • Assist Project Manager with billings and collections

Assist VP with all administrative functions. Coordinate and assign all incoming business requests. Draft and submit proposals, AIA contracts and sale presentations. Order and coordinate bid documents. Help keep records accurate on follow-up system and FCS. Set appointments with potential clients.

• Maintained high standards for security and new account opening activities by following proper process in compliance with AML and KYC• Created an outstanding customer experience by servicing clients with all banking needs such as but not limited to fraud claims and disputes, cash transactions and wire transfers• Partnered with Loan Officers, Business Bankers, and Financial Advisors to ensure specialized financial needs for clients
