Develop and manage bus routes for efficiency. Bid and award positions of drivers and assistants for routes. Manage the selection and bidding of school routes for the new school year. Assign hours to routes. Approve payroll. Bid out excursions between East and West Compounds for drivers and assistants. Keep seniority lists current. Keep spreadsheets on all routes, drivers, assistants, bus numbers, hours and compound. Help in assignment of buses. Keep emergency routes updated in case of an extreme shortage of drivers. Attend disciplinary conferences. Assist in behavioral issues on the buses by arranging for team meetings.
