I am part of the Senior Management Team at Alliance Learning and currently manage the Commercial provision. I am responsible for a team of 4 Internal Account Managers and 4 Tutors and Subcontractors who deliver a wide range of Health & Safety, First Aid, IPAF, PASMA, Fork Lift Truck, ilm Management,& CITB construction courses. I also have 2 seniors who support the team.I produce & manage an Annual Commercial Business Operational Plan, monitor monthly sales targets, & manage a subcontractor provisionAs one of the largest independent training providers in the NW with almost 50 years experience in training for apprenticeships and over 22 years in commercial training.Our business training courses run regularly throughout the year and are desgined to meet the needs of businesses and employees, encouraging continous professional development
