I have over nine years of experience in managing health care services and improving patient satisfaction and quality of care.I hold a PMVTS qualification and a BA in Leadership and Management from the Open University. I am also a member of the Institute of Healthcare Management and a certified counsellor. I have a passion for supporting and mentoring other health care professionals and business owners, and I have successfully delivered multiple events and workshops on topics such as business planning, coaching, and leadership.
