Created website and publications to engage diverse students and position them into the pipeline from middle school, high school and college.

Developed and launched fund development operation while providing strategic leadership to the organization. Collaborated with senior management to formulate organizational goals, strategic plans, budgets and PR initiatives. Managed all public relations, special events, outreach programs, and communications ,including website, print newsletter, monthly e-newsletter, press kits, marketing materials, and 20th anniversary video.
