1. Helping our Vendors improving their QC system. Most of Chinese Vendors has bad QC system, it is why so many issues happened in US. I was very strict with my projects from my inspection , as known, all of issues from mass products were made by making, they were not do difficult to fix them in the factory. Meanwhile, I had meeting with factory including of making dept. and QC team before EACH project run in the factory, let them know what I should focus on,what they need to be controlled. I always help factory to do QC controlling in the production. 2. Training factory’s QC members, I ever worked in the factories for more than 15 years, I know the MOST OF QC members in the factories do not know how to do inspection in real. I always follow the production line with QC members, whatever overtime or overnight at the factory. I taught factory QC how to do inspection and what they should focus on when they did inspection. The more importance is I taught QC member how to use JIG to do inspection, JIG is very good and available way to do inspection. Now the factories got to use to using JIG for their mass products .3. As the factory improved their QC system and QC know how to do inspection, I change my inspection way, Before I always worked with factory QC members in the production line for more than 10 hrs one day for doing inspection, Sometimes have to work overnight for doing quality controlling, have to follow factory working time, no more weekend, no more holiday. Most of time have to do 100% inspection of mass products whatever the qty is more than 1000 units or less than 1000units, after some years, the factory improved they QC system step by step, and QC improve their inspection skill, I still worked with factory working time, but only did random inspection, it is WHY no any issues in US Whatever Beats project from Apple Inc, GOOGLE , LG,SONY OR ESTEE LAUDER, SEPHORA COLLECTION FROM MY INSPECTION THESE YEAR.

I determine the priority and appropriate strategic sourcing , product development and inspection to ensure client’s needs are met and fulfilled. The products included furniture , Display, retail products, vehicle parts and accessories, hotel FF&E, decorations, decorating materials and bathroom articles. I researched and analyzed source companies to ensure highest quality, on-time delivery, best prices, and solid service. Additionally, I inspected factories to determine the best fit for clients and organizations, negotiated pricing, built rapport, and attended meetings to clarify products, production, and schedules. I collaborated with teams to prepare proper shipping methods and worked alongside Amazon clients and other online selling sites. ★I am a collaborative communicator and liaison between the manufacturer and client to ensure products are made in accordance with client’s quality and manufacturing process requirements. I perform product inspections to ensure quality is met prior to shipping, After which, I determine appropriate shipping methods within budgets and adhering to delivery deadlines. I managed product manufacturing of hotel FF&E including building, making and reconditioning. Other products including Display and funiture. Retails products including coffee presses, Christmas trees, and baby products.Jewelry travelling case, Stainless steel steamer, and more.

In my more than 2 year position, I built strong reputation with cliente to ensure the highest quality of products, on-time delivery, best pricing, and continued high levels of customer service. The products included Furniture, Display, Hotel FF&F , Kitchenware, Fabric, Plastic, including Acrylic, metal, stainless steel, aluminum, and electric products, bathroom articles, and wood and mixed material items with delivery to United States and Finland. Allstate Corporation was one of our main clients. Sourcing, evaluated factories, negotiated material pricing, and approved samples for production and determined production schedules based on order quantity and deadlines. I led quality control in all phases of production, post production, and prior to shipping to client. I managed shipping schedules and created loading plans, delivery schedules, and inspected containers. I consistently maintained highest levels of customer service with no complaints and built strong raputation and maintained strong Taiwanese manufacturer relationships.

I served as a Quality Manager and Merchandiser Manager where I selected appropriate suppliers that met and exceeded customer expectations. I made sure standards were met per customer requests. The products included Furniture for office, hotel, and residential ;Display. Hotel FF&E. plastic, aluminum, rubber, and electric products, lights, bathroom articles, cotton towels, and other various items. I often collaborated with factories to ensure quality, procedures, and shipping standards were adhered to. I was responsible for approving samples prior to shipments. I consistently produced quality mixed material displays including Momentum Display for Wilsonart LLC in the United States and building materials such as shutters, plastic door mats, and other items including of Furniture and Mable to US and UK.

Responsible for the factory’s management. Supervised all areas of the factory including Furniture production lines, wooden products line, QC department, warehouse, procurement department, and HR department. Our factory always met the budget set by the Taipei HQ which was more than 40,000,000RMB with no major issues or complaints from customers.

Prescribed the Hotel furniture , door and wood flooring quality control system and factory operating system, including warehouse and purchasing operating system. Followed up on all of the systems and reported to HK head office. Chose suppliers based on order requirements. Under my supervision, Hotel Furniture , door and wood flooring production lines were very busy but in good order.
