I am a certified coach and business consultant. Most of the coaching I offer resonates with professionals in mid- to senior-level positions, who are either now coming from being a team contributor into a leadership role where more is expected of them, or they are at a point where they are interested in defining more clearly who they want to be and posturing themselves accordingly while staying true to themselves. Defining what a successful and effective leader looks like reveals what they value. It is also a challenge for many clients to strike a balance of being authoritative but approachable, raising up everyone together while being an individual powerhouse. They need to chart a future for themselves and be supported in doing that. From a third-party, outside view, executive coaching helps clients in a non-judgmental protected space. To me, initiating these types of conversations is the goal of coaching at any level. I love to have clients succeed and be visible in their success. I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and am accredited through the International Coach Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). I support clients across a range of assessment instruments as part of the Independent Consultants Network for Hogan Assessments, as an Authorized Partner for the Everything DiSC® personal development solution, and as a Certified Partner with The Predictive Index.Providing executive coaching and project support to clients in strategic planning and implementation, project management, leadership development, and workshop creation and execution, the majority of my client base is made up of small- to mid-size companies, as well as some work with nonprofits. I am not restricted to any geographic area and will leverage video conferencing technology to accommodate client interaction, as well as consult via telephone or in person. While my executive coaching is customized, I recommend a minimum of five sessions, though at eight to ten sessions, clients hit their stride.My extensive career spans more than twenty-five years in strategic planning, organization development, change management, leadership development, and project management for both the public and private sector.
