I have spent the majority of my career with Connect First Credit Union in Calgary, progressing to the role of Manager, Automotive Finance department. Unfortunately due to company wide re-structuring, I am eager to return to what I do best and I am confident that I would make an immediate contribution to you team!I'm a forward thinking and entrepreneurial Finance Manager bringing more than 15 years' experience in banking, leading an Automotive Finance Division and managing a $16 million per month portfolio in line with the credit union's established parameters, monitoring loan portfolio quality and keeping credit risk to a minimum.I thrive on collaboration and create a cohesive, high performance environment, maximizing productivity and ensuring adherence to day-to-day business controls to meet obligations related to a range of risk factors such as regulatory compliance, AML/ATF and conduct.Appointed by CEO to serve on President's Board of Advocates, representing Automotive Finance division in bringing team concerns to the CEO for consideration and resolution.My professional development foundation is strong and includes Leadership and Diversity, Inclusion, Equality and Anti-Oppression.When not in the office, you can usually find me camping, gardening, baking or walking my dogs.
