On July 1, 2020, IBERIABANK merged into First Horizon National Corp. and I was transitioned from Accounting Policy to an Integration Team Lead. I am overseeing the legacy IBERIABANK SOX team and SOX processes through transition. I also assist in various other integration activities as requested to ensure a successful conversion following the merger, with a focus on SEC reporting and trouble debt restructuring process integration.

I oversaw the application of accounting guidance across the bank. I was the project manager during the final stages of the adoption of ASU 2016-13, "Financial Instruments -- Credit Losses" (CECL). Coordinated with various groups within the bank to develop new procedures required for CECL compliance. Liaised between members of the CECL working group and external auditors.

I managed the SEC Reporting team for HSBC Finance Corporation, an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of HSBC Holdings, plc. ("HSBC Group"). I prepared and reviewed all North America SEC periodic filings and oversaw the North America SEC reporting process from initial drafting to filing with the SEC. In this role, I worked closely with senior management and multiple other departments to ensure all SEC period filings were properly reviewed and documentation completed prior to filing. I also assisted in the SEC periodic filings of an affiliate. I coordinated the quarterly reviews and annual audits with the external auditors.I ensured that a strong control environment was maintained from both a Sarbanes-Oxley ("SOX") and reporting perspective. During the quarterly Disclosure Committee meetings, I led the discussion and review of the SEC periodic filing documents. I was responsible for the roll-out of the Wdesk application by Workiva for the preparation of the SEC period filings which greatly improved efficiency in reporting. I also provided assistance to HSBC Group in the roll-out of the Wdesk application for their annual reporting process. I led the implementation of eXtensible Business Language ("XBRL") for SEC periodic filings and I am responsible for reviewing XBRL in periodic filings. I have taken a lead role in the preparation of Form 8-Ks which involves coordinating with senior management, finance, treasury and in-house and external legal counsel. I perform special projects at the request of senior management, as requested.

I prepared and reviewed all SEC periodic filings and other external reporting and oversaw the audit and tax return processes with the external accountants. I managed the accounts payable and cash management departments as well as overseeing the preparation of the Medicare cost reports to Health Care Finance Corporation. I established and supervised an internal billing and collection department for the physician practices. I prepared monthly reporting for the physician practices, home health agencies and other ancillary services divisions and developed a monthly reporting format to communicate results to the individual physician offices.
